Receiver at the Anselmo mineyard,

located at the southeast corner of the dry (change house). The receiver is connected to the pipeline running from the Original westward along the BA&P tracks and also connecting to the compressor plants at the Corra and the Kelley mines. The Anselmo used compressed air to power its drills, but it never had a compressed-air hoist, so it needed only one receiver. The compressed-air hoists at the Original and Steward are still in place, and each of those two hoist houses once had banks of four receivers standing next to it to supply the hoist. | Source: Photo by Fred Quivik, July 2024.
